the Submitted Content across all current and future media formats, platforms, technologies, and promotional channels.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • YouTube videos
  • Social media platforms
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Sponsored content
  • Promotional materials
  • Merchandise
  • AI-assisted editing systems
  • Automated clipping technologies
  • Future media technologies

Creators retain ownership of their original Submitted Content.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication, credit, compensation, or feature placement unless expressly agreed to in writing by ODD Golf.

4. Content Standards

You may not submit content that includes:

  • Copyrighted broadcasts or televised tournament footage
  • Ripped livestreams or rebroadcasts
  • Copyrighted commentary or unauthorized audio
  • Copyrighted music without permission
  • Dangerous stunts or reckless behavior performed for the purpose of being featured
  • Illegal activity
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Explicit, discriminatory, or offensive material
  • Trespassing or unlawful conduct

Personally recorded footage captured on a submitter’s personal device at tournaments or public events may be permitted, provided it does not violate third-party rights or restrictions.

ODD Golf reserves the right to reject, remove, edit, mute, restrict, demonetize, or refuse any Submitted Content at its sole discretion.

5. Safety Disclaimer

ODD Golf is an entertainment and media platform.

ODD Golf does not encourage dangerous behavior, reckless conduct, trespassing, illegal activity, or stunts performed for the purpose of being featured.

Disc golf and related activities may involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in such activities.

ODD Golf shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from:

  • User conduct
  • Submitted Content
  • Attempts to recreate featured content
  • Third-party actions
  • Use of the website or services

6. Intellectual Property
